The Customers are juridical responsible for all information which they will have entered and placed at the disposal of the public. LAGUR call its Customers with greatest vigilance on the contents of the text and the photographs placed at the disposal of the public. In the case or a Customer would contravene a law by the exposure of text or of reprehensible photograph, LAGUR is declared irresponsible and reserves the right to go civil part against the contravener. Moreover, LAGUR reserves the right to suspend its service for this Customer, in an immediate way and without the Customer not being able to claim with a refunding or has allowances.

 

 

 

By submitting any material to Find a Property, you automatically grant LAGUR the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.

The description of the paying services is not final, and Lagur keeps the right to cancel and/or modify and/or add new services, with an aim of improving quality of its services. The Customer will carry out the transmission of the codes only after total payment. The detailed prices include the taxes in the absence of other details, and do not include the price of connection Internet which only falls to the user. Any moment and without informing the users of them of the reasons, Lagur will be able to modify its tariffs of the paying services.

o       To file legal proceedings against the Customer

The loss of the secret code by the user is with under his exclusive responsibility. According to causes', Lagur reserves the right to grant or not a new secret code.
